Instead of Orange-Faced, Trump Should Be Red-Faced
A president, looking especially orange, who seemed uneasy making a teleprompter speech and while stumbling over several words, tried to ease the nation’s fears about he coronavirus. Why did he look so orange? It almost appeared as if he was sick himself.
But What Really Happened?
Test Kits: Absolutely no mention of testing the US population. How are they being distributed. Who will be getting test first. Where can the population go to get tested?
European Union: They were at fault? Come on. What planet are you from? The European Union “failed to take the same precautions and restrict travel from China and other hotspots. As a result, a large number of new clusters in the United States were seeded by travelers from Europe.” 1
China: Again, blame somebody else. He says this is a “foreign virus”. 2
Exempt the United Kingdom: How stupid? They are also being affected by the virus. They actually have a higher caseload per population that some other European countries.
Stop the Trade of Goods: Although clarified later in a Twitter feed, he said “these prohibitions will not only apply to the tremendous amount of trade and cargo, but various other things as we get approval”.
